The catalogue runs on two lines: the ranges Kavela produces itself and the brands it supplies. On both lines, supply, delivery, installation and after-sales are handled through a single point of contact.
Kavela
Own productionKavela produces its own ranges at the workshop in Ankara. Seating, steel archive and shelving systems and desktop electrification products come from this line. Where dimensions do not fit the space, bespoke production is carried out on the same line.
Quadrifoglio Group
Distributor for TürkiyeAn office furniture manufacturer based in Villorba, Italy. Kavela is the distributor for Quadrifoglio Group in Türkiye, combining Italian design and European production standards with local project delivery.
Marwood
DealerA manufacturer of office and project furniture. Kavela holds the dealership for Marwood products, with supply, delivery and installation handled from a single source.
Rapido
DealerA manufacturer of office seating. Kavela holds the dealership for Rapido products; dimensions, fabric and module selection are determined together at quotation stage.
Tilia
DealerA manufacturer of hospitality and outdoor furniture. Kavela holds the dealership for Tilia products, supplying café, restaurant and hotel projects.
5lamp
DealerA lighting manufacturer. Kavela holds the dealership for 5lamp products; lighting selection is planned together with the furniture layout.
Scope of supply and after-sales
The scope is not limited to the sale of a single item; it covers dimension and material selection, order tracking, delivery, installation and after-sales. Correspondence with the manufacturer after the order, lead-time tracking and any revision are managed by Kavela; the point of contact does not change. Own production and supplied brands are combined in one quotation and one delivery schedule.
- Sample access: fabric, veneer and metal options can be examined at the showroom.
- Dimensional check: the space is compared against the product dimensions before the order.
- Delivery and installation: where assembly is required, placement is carried out at delivery.
- Warranty and spare parts: warranty processes and spare part requests run through a single channel.
- Project supply: products from different manufacturers are combined in one quotation and one delivery schedule.
Selection follows the requirement, not the brand
The catalogue is filtered by category and dimension rather than by brand. A meeting room may combine components from different manufacturers; the determining factors are dimension, material and intensity of use. Product pages and quotations are therefore based on dimensions and materials rather than on brand.
Which product suits which use is addressed by scenario: meeting rooms, waiting areas, conference halls, clinics, law offices, office refresh and modular storage.
Quotation and project enquiries
Once dimensions, quantities and intended use are supplied, an itemised quotation is prepared. The showroom is on Üsküp Caddesi in Çankaya; products and samples can be examined on site via the contact page.
